Sandeco

After thoroughly cleaning the surfaces from any dirt, oil, blistered paint, and dust, surface imperfections should be rectified using San Deco Acrylic Putty Interior. Both previously painted and newly painted surfaces should be primed with San Deco Uniprimer.

Sandeco

Magnetic paint should be thoroughly mixed before use, and it should be applied using a short-nap roller or brush, with no more than 3-5% clean water added for dilution. It’s recommended to apply three coats for optimal magnetic strength, and a fourth coat can be applied for even stronger magnetism if desired.

Once the magnetic paint has fully dried, the surface should be lightly sanded with a 220-320 grit sandpaper, and then two coats of water-based paint in the desired color and finish (matte, semi-matte, etc.) should be applied.

At a temperature of 23°C, the drying time for magnetic paint is approximately 4-5 hours, and it takes a full 24 hours to completely dry.

  • 1 kilogram covers an area of 2.5 – 3.5 m².
  • The paint consumption for an area of 1 m² is 135 – 180 ml and 300 – 400 grams (g).
