APPLICATION AREA

Rulotex can be applied to the exteriors of various building types, including surfaces such as rough cast, exposed concrete, and cement sheets, as well as interior surfaces with an appropriate coat for decorative purposes.

FEATURES

-It remains unaffected by cracks resulting from building settlement.

-Thanks to its high vapor permeability, it allows the surface to release steam and breathe.

-It demonstrates excellent resistance to high alkaline environments.

-Being water-based, it has no harm to human health or the environment.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES

Sandeco

Ensure the application surface is free from dirt, oil, blistered paint, and dust. Correct any surface defects with San Deco Acrylic Putty Interior. Prior to application, prepare the surface using San Deco Uniprimer undercoat in the same color as the chosen finish. Alternatively, for optimal results, Rulotex can be diluted by 30% and used as an undercoat.

Sandeco

-Rulotex should be diluted with 5-10% water and applied as a single layer using a roller, brush, or spray method.

-For applications with a thicker pattern preference, the product should be applied undiluted.

-Maintain the ambient temperature within the range of +5°C to +35°C throughout the application process and for 24 hours following completion.

Allow 4-6 hours for the surface to become touch-dry and a full 24 hours for complete drying under 23°C environmental conditions.

Depending on surface smoothness, porosity and application methods, for a single coat application;

  • 1 lt covers 1,25 – 2,0 m² of surface.
  • 1 kg covers 0,85 – 1,35 m² of surface.
  • The paint consumption for 1m² area is 500 – 800 ml and 750 – 1200 grams (g).
